Is when i had my first headache.

To me it feels like i have a heavy brain.

Ms.Harwood told me that alot of newcomers that come to San Diego get excruciating headaches and she gets it too.

Let me tell you about this headache i had, It felt like your brain is doing flips and making a hard landing on purpose.

You can barely do anything it's like your brain isn't working but you want it to work but you just cant.

Right now when i was writing this i was really trying hard to focus on this blog.

I looked on Bing on figuring out what makes headaches the answer to that is high blood pressure, dehydration.

But Ms.Harwood said that i probably got the headaches from "Santa Ana Winds"the causes of that is "Foehn Wind", hot dry wind and alot of doctors get alot of calls about headaches & nausea & allergy's.

In Austria & Switzerland have it too and Switzerland has it bad.

When the "Foehn Wind" comes to Switzerland the have alot of suicide rates go up.

But in my cause it was the "Santa Ana Winds".

Have you heard pitbull sing? if you haven't, how about some interesting and exciting facts about him.

Pitbull was born on January 18th 1981. His first album m.i.a.i was released it in 2009. Pitbull's style for his music videos are funny but they are still seriuos andhave a story lloine. He is known for many songs wich are called the athem krazy and many more.Pitbull most recent album is rebelution and armando, his hit song in 2009 was I know you want me.


When I compare pitbull music to other artists music his music seems to catch peoples attiention more than other artists. but other artists do have creativity.



He is very creative and we think his videos speak for his music. He also does what he wants to do wiht his videos in the prosess of making them.

Why I Want to go to NYC
I love all the people, lights and noises. One of the first places I would like to go is Times Square. Time Square is one part of NYC that is really noisy and popular. It is featured in many, many movies.

I wanna go to Time Square because i like noisy places and lights.I think it is really nice. Every year in Times Square the people of New York and tourists or visitors celebrate New Years Eve with big lights and a lot of people. They all wait for it to be 12:00 midnight and all the people there count down the seconds and they wait for a ball to drop.Also another thing that is famous is in NYC is the Empire State Building.

It is the tallest building for over 40 years. It was built in 1931.It has came out in plenty of movies, the most famous one is king Kong. Their other famous places is the Statue of Liberty. She is a symbol of freedom. She is in New York harbor.

Her official name is Liberty and lighting the world.It was a gift from France.

Did you know the book she is carrying is the book of law that is marked with the Declaration of Independence. She was designed by the same guys that designed the Eiffel Tower.

After 2001 the Statue of Liberty was closed because of safety concerns after what happened on 911 Finally she was reopened in 2009.

What The Peace Sign Really Means by: Faith & Reyna

Gerald Harold Holtom (1914-1985) created the peace sign symbol on febuary 21, 1958. The peace sign standed for nucleur disarmerment. He later wrote to hough brock, editor of peace news, explaining the genisis of his idea in greater, more personal depth. The symbol almost crossed the atlantic. Bayard rustin, a close associate of Martin Luther King had come over from the u.s in order to take part in the first aldermaston march.

He took the symbol back to the united states were it was used on civil rights marches. Later it appeared on anti-vietnam war demenstration. Today you can find the peace sign on jewelry, t-shirts, bumper stickers, and in advertisements! But no matter what the peace sign will always mean the same thing:PEACE

Andrei Arlovski is a really good fighter with some really good knockouts in the UFC. Andrei ''The Pit Bull'' Arlovskiwas born in February 4, 1979 in Minsk, Belarus. He is a Belurusian mma fighter and a former UFC Heavyweight Champion.

Andrei is a veteran of the UFC holding huge wins over great fighters like Tim Sylvia, Vladimir Matyshenko, Roy Nelson, Ben Rothwell, Ian Freeman, and Fabrico Werdum. Andrei grew up Bobruisk, Belarus. He was often bullied and beaten.

Before the age of 14 the only sports that Andrei participated in were soccer and track and field. In 1994 Andrei started lifting weights to get some muscles to deal with the bullies. At age 16 Andrei joined the four-year police academy program.

Andrei also began to train in the Russian martial art called Sambo. Andrei Arlovski made his UFC debut at UFC 28:''High Stakes'' defeating Aaron Brink by submission. He was put in a top opposition in his UFC career losing to Rico Rodriguez and Pedro Rizzo.

He had great wins over Ian Freeman and Vladimir Matyushenko. Andrei beat Tim Sylvia in the first round at UFC 51 to be the UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion.

At UFC 55 he knocked out Paul Buentello in 15 seconds of the first round to be the UFC Undisputed Heavyweight Champion.

What's the history of football? I don't know really anything about football from a long time ago. All I know is that they worn pigskin helmets.

The first professional football team was the Allegheny Athletic Association. Their team colors are blue and white. The organization was found in 1890, the team was from Allegheny, Pennslvania. Wikipedia says that the America Professional Football Association was formed in 1920. Two years later they changed the name to "National Football League".

There is a lot more informationabout football but that's all I want to write down.

Do you like to draw? Drawing takes a lot of practice. One reason I like to draw is because I can get my feelings out. I can express my feelings throw art. If you like to draw I'll encourage you to be an artist. It really doesn't matter what drawings you do somebody will love them. There's so many different kins of drawings like spray panted drawings and splat pant,nature all sorts of drawings.

When you draw thats when you can draw about anything you would like. No one can say you did it wrong because you do it how you want it to be. You can put action in your picture or sad,mad emotions. You can show the emotions throw colors and more.

So never give up on drawing. Be all you can and I guarantee you someone will like your picture. This is one way to show your life to people and a very beautiful way too. Being an artist is showing people what you see through your eyes.
