Have you ever heard of a Lamborghini you probably have because they are one of the most popular sports car.

The founder of Lamborghini is a guy named Ferrucio Lamborghini. Ferrucio was born in Italy in 1916. he began building tractors of the military or for farmers.he was very successful in making tractors so he wanted to make higher preformed cars. There were stories of him driving a Ferrari but he had problems with the clutch.

So Ferruccio went to the maunfacter and tried to talk to the owner but the owner didn't want to talk to a farmer. So that inspired Ferruccio to just make his own sports cars. Ferruccio started making his line of cars in the 1960's but by then he was pretty old.

Most people weren't comfortable about driving a car made from a farmer. Ferriccio's first line didn't stay for long because when he went to a car show to advertise his line the people there didn't like the engine on his series.

But that just made Ferriccio try harder. Ever since he's made more than hundreds of thousands of Lamborghini's. now they are one of the best sports cars in the world.
